Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using ProxyDeck (iOS) or FastNet Connect (macOS) (“the Apps”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
ProxyDeck provides a standalone Network Lab and local SOCKS5 utility on iPhone, plus an optional foreground Mac Bridge. FastNet Connect is the separately distributed macOS companion for Mac Bridge.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Apps. You agree to:
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Apps.
The Apps relay network traffic and do not guarantee any particular network speed, uptime, or quality of service. Performance depends on your network conditions, hardware, and other factors outside the developer’s control.
The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Apps at any time without notice. These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
